Where can I park?
The Sheldon parking lot is just west of the building, facing Washington Boulevard. Please note that the parking lot attendant does not take cash. Additional privately owned lots are located both east and west of Grand Boulevard. Valet parking is not available.
What time will doors to the venue open?
For concerts, venue doors typically open one hour prior to show start, with concert hall doors opening 30 minutes prior to the show start time. This is subject to change, so we recommend visiting your event's listing in our calendar or reviewing its Know Before You Go email for more details.
Where do I enter?
The Sheldon's Main Entrance is on Washington Boulevard, at street level, beneath our marquee.
Can I bring my camera?
Photography guidelines vary by performance. In general, non-flash photography is permitted, provided patrons are courteous to those around them.
Some artists have a strict no-photography policy, which we will adhere to and communicate before the performance.
Are snacks and beverages available for purchase?
Yes! The lobby bar typically opens one hour prior to the show start time, with beverages and snacks for sale.
