Where can I park?
The Sheldon parking lot is just west of the building, facing Washington Boulevard. Please note that the parking lot attendant does not take cash. Additional privately owned lots are located both east and west of Grand Blvd. Valet parking is not available.
What time will doors to the venue open?
For concerts, the venue doors typically open one hour prior to show start, and Concert Hall doors open 30 minutes prior to show start time. This is subject to change.
Where do I enter?
The Sheldon's Main Entrance is on Washington Boulevard, at street level, under the canopy.
What should I wear?
The Sheldon does not have an official dress code. Some patrons dress for a fun night out, others more casual.
Can I bring my camera?
Guidelines vary by performance. In general, non-flash photography is permitted, provided patrons are courteous to those around them.
Some artists have a strict no-photography policy, which we will adhere to.
Are snacks and beverages available for purchase?
Yes! The lobby bar typically opens one hour prior to the show start time, with beverages and snacks for sale.
